Dr. Sunny Choy
Dr. Choy is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist with over 19 years of experience serving the greater Atlanta area. She is known for her gentle touch, thoughtful approach, cheerful demeanor, and engaging bedside manner, making her patients feel at ease throughout their dental procedures.
Born in California and raised in Atlanta, Dr. Choy graduated cum laude from Georgia Tech before attending New York University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Prior to entering private practice, she completed a one-year general practice residency at Loyola University Dental Center in Chicago, where she treated emergency dental and facial trauma cases, and received additional training in oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
With a discerning eye for detail and a passion for the arts, Dr. Choy has a particular interest in dental aesthetics and creating beautiful, natural-looking smiles. She specializes in SureSmile clear aligners, implant placement and restoration, bite splint appliances, and Botox treatments.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Choy is a competitive ballroom dancer and a former NBA pro cheerleader for the Atlanta Hawks. She is also a proud mother of two boys who keep her active and engaged in their various activities.
